Our highly trained team of providers have over 55 years of combined experience in all aspects of skin care including the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer. We integrate our experience, medical based science and current medical technology to deliver the highest level of care. 

Our entire team, including our medical assistants, receptionists, and management staff have the training, experience and patient-focused mindset to deliver the trusted care you deserve.  In fact, our medical assistants and receptionists have, on average, over 15 years experience in dermatology and the medical industry. 

Dr. Daniel Lévy, MD

Dr. Lévy is a Board-certified dermatologist highly trained and experienced in all aspects of skin health. He has practiced dermatology for over 15 years and has developed a reputation for detailed aesthetic regimens and congenial bedside care. Dr. Levy launched a center for general and cosmetic dermatology at the Pro Sports Club in Bellevue, WA, where he served as director for ten years.

Dr. Levy prides himself on efficient diagnosis, and offering not only standard medical therapies but a wide range of minimally invasive medical, surgical and holistic treatments that are both artistically precise and medically effective.

He is dedicated to healthy skin while specializing in cosmetic dermatology. In 2014, Dr. Lévy was among the first doctors to develop a non-surgical facelift and non-surgical nose job. This innovative approach was highlighted at an exclusive anti-aging seminar in Bellevue and featured on King 5 Evening Magazine. His before and after photo of non-surgical facelift was featured in TIME Magazine’s cover story on cosmetic treatments called “Nip Tuck or Else.”

Scott B Ahrndt, MPA-C

Scott is a NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant with over 20 years’ experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. Scott has practiced at a premier dermatology office in Spokane, WA since 2000 until recently relocating to Western Washington to be closer to family and join the LARK team.

Scott is compassionate about all of your skin care needs whether acute or chronic. He is passionate about skin cancer and teaching about early detection in a team approach involving you and your significant other, our staff and online tools. Scott has skillfully performed over 15,000 skin cancer surgeries utilizing the most innovative, proven technologies.

Scott was raised in Washington State. He had a accomplished career in the USAF medical field, completed the USAF Physician Assistant Program, and retired in 2000. He is happily married to his high school sweetheart DeAnna and they have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Together they enjoy running, hiking, traveling and finding new restaurants.

Kim Kinnebrew, PA-C

Kim was born and raised in Alaska and is a NCCPA Board Certified Physician Assistant who has practiced medicine for over 25 years. Her early career included primary care and emergency medicine. She has specialized in dermatology for 17 years. Kim is highly experienced in medical dermatology and is regarded by peers and patients as a trusted PA.

Kim and her husband have two sons and enjoy traveling, sporting events, and music concerts.

Kayla Chapman, PA-C

Kayla is a caring and compassionate NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant.   She made the Dean’s List and graduated cum laude from Western Michigan University. She practiced medicine in Michigan as an internist at an academic medical center and several years in urgent care.  During the Covid pandemic she contributed her skills to TCF and Novi Covid Field Hospital in Michigan. 

She was raised in Michigan where her family still resides.   As an outdoor enthusiast, she recently moved to Washington to enjoy the beautiful Pacific Northwest and all it has to offer.   Kayla enjoys hiking, running, bicycling, scuba diving and travel.  She loves to spend time with her family and her puppy Ollie, a Bernedoodle.

Trina McKinstry, Master Aesthetician

We are happy to welcome Trina McKinstry, master aesthetician, to the LARK Dermatology Team.  Trina has been a licensed aesthetician for 12 years and specializes in BBL photo facials, HALO laser resurfacing treatments, laser hair removal and Skin Medica chemical peels.   

Trina was born and raised in Washington and lives locally on Lake Tapps. She is warm and welcoming and greets everyone with a genuine smile.  Trina is passionate about skincare and delivering personalized care for each patient.

Ashley Wasson, Nurse Injector

Ashley Wasson is joining the LARK Dermatology team as our senior nurse injector.  Ashley specializes in injectable treatments including Botox, Juvederm fillers and Kybella products designed to restore youthfulness and accentuate natural beauty.  She trained directly under Dr. Levy, our board-certified dermatologist, where she learned the technical, yet artful techniques of injectable services.    

Ashley has worked as a nurse in a variety of capacities and has worked for the last ten years as a labor and delivery nurse.  She has since found her passion for aesthetics and completed a course on neurotoxins and dermal fillers.  Ashley’s goal is to consistently achieve high patient satisfactions and outcomes and help every patient be the best version of themselves.

Ashley grew up in Enumclaw, WA and attended the University of Washington.  She married her husband after college and they have 3 children.  Together, they love traveling, going to the beach, watching their kids play sports, and relaxing at home.
